96. biisi on Annie Lennox - Into the West

Kerroinkin jo aikaisemmin mikä suhde minulla on Taru Sormusten Herrasta -elokuviin.

Tämä on kaunis biisi. En ehkä pitänyt tästä niin kauheasti silloin kun viimeinen elokuva tuli. Johtui varmaan Lennoxin äänestä. Mutta nykyään, tämä on upea ja arvostan Lennoxin ääntäkin. Se on erilainen. 

Minun pitäisi kyllä lukea TSH uudestaan. Luin sen (väen vängällä) aikana, jolloin en vielä lukenut kauheasti ja lukeminen oli hyvin vaivalloista. Valitettavasti tuolloin en pitänyt kirjasta puoliksikaan niin paljon kuin mitä elokuvista. Mutta haluaisin antaa kirjalle vielä uuden mahdollisuuden. Se ehkä oli vain liian suuri pala luettavaksi silloin. Nykyään olen jo paljon parempi lukija, ja paljon innokkaampikin. Pitää vain löytää oikea aika kirjoille.

96th song is Annie Lennox - Into the West

I already told you about my relationship with The Lord of the Rings movies.

This is beautiful song. I think that I didn't really like the song when the last movie came out. Maybe it was because of Lennox's voice. But nowadays, I think this is gorgeous song and I appreciate Lennox's voice. It's unique. 

I should read LOTR again. I read it (with force) at time when I didn't really read much and my reading was difficult. Unfortunately, I didn't like the books even as half as I liked the movies. But now I would like to give the book a second chance. Maybe it was just too much to chew back then. Nowadays I'm much better reader and much eager. I should just find the right time for the books.
